Privacy notice

Last updated: 4 November 2026

This notice explains how Quick Digital Technologies (P) Ltd ("Raaho", "we", "us") handles personal data when you use this website. It is written to meet India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act") and the Information Technology Act, 2000 with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

This notice covers the website only. Raaho's mobile apps have their own privacy policy: Raaho apps privacy policy.

Who we are

Quick Digital Technologies (P) Ltd runs the Raaho brand and this website. For your personal data on this website, we are the Data Fiduciary under the DPDP Act.

  • Registered office: Near Park Inn Radisson Hotel, NH-8, Bilaspur Chowk, Gurugram, Haryana 122413
  • Corporate office: 3rd Floor, The Circle Work, HUDA City Centre Metro Station, Gurugram, Haryana 122009
  • Email: help@raaho.in
  • Phone: the phone number on our Contact page

What we collect

When you ask for a call back

On a lane rate page you can ask Raaho to call you. When you send that request we receive:

  • your mobile number
  • the lane (the loading and delivery cities) and the truck type you were looking at
  • the rate shown to you on the page, and the date of that rate
  • the page you sent the request from
  • the version of the notice shown next to the form, so we can show later what you agreed to

The form does not ask for your name, email address or details of your goods.

The bot check

To stop automated and fake requests, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile looks at technical information about your browser and connection to tell people from bots. When you send the form, our server passes the check result and your IP address to Cloudflare to confirm it. We do not keep the check result.

Analytics

Where analytics is switched on, this website uses Google Analytics in Google's Consent Mode. Analytics cookies are off by default. They are set only if you choose Allow analytics on the banner. Until you choose, or if you choose No thanks, no analytics cookies are set, but Google Analytics may still receive basic signals without cookies about pages being used. We ask Google to shorten (anonymise) IP addresses.

We send Google Analytics events such as a rate being viewed, a truck type picked, a call back requested, a WhatsApp or call button tapped, or a search made. These events can include the lane, the truck type, the type of page, the rate shown and the reference of a call-back request. We never put your phone number or name into analytics.

Your approximate city

The home page can pick a lane near you. To do this our server reads the approximate city that Cloudflare works out from your IP address and matches it to a city Raaho serves. We do not store or log it on our server. The matched city is saved in your browser's local storage (raaho_city) so the next visit opens on the same lane, until you clear this site's data in your browser.

Technical data

Cloudflare hosts this website and delivers it through its network. Like any website, it processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you ask for, to deliver the pages and to protect the site from abuse (for example by blocking clients that send too many requests or ignore our robots rules).

WhatsApp, phone and other links

The WhatsApp and call buttons open WhatsApp or your phone. If you message or call us, we receive your number and what you tell us, and use it to answer you. WhatsApp and your phone company handle that message or call under their own terms and policies.

Why we use your data

  • To call you back about the lane, truck and rate you asked about, and to arrange a truck if you want one.
  • To understand how the website is used and improve it, through analytics, only with your consent.
  • To keep the website safe, stop spam and fake requests, and find and fix faults.
  • To meet our legal duties, and to answer lawful requests from authorities.

Asking for a call back does not sign you up for marketing messages.

Our basis for using it

  • Consent. We use your mobile number and the call-back details because you give them to us and agree to the notice shown next to the form. We use analytics cookies only after you choose Allow analytics.
  • Legitimate uses allowed by the DPDP Act. When you choose to message or call us, we use what you share to answer you. We may also process data where the law requires it, for example to comply with a court order or a lawful request from the government.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires us to keep it. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.

Who we share it with

  • Raaho's team, who call you back and arrange trucks.
  • Service providers that work for us under contract: Cloudflare (hosting, content delivery, security and the Turnstile bot check) and Google (analytics, only as described above).
  • Authorities, where the law requires it, for example a court, the police or a regulator.

We do not sell your personal data.

Transfers outside India

Some of our service providers may process data on servers outside India. We transfer personal data outside India only as the DPDP Act and the rules under it permit, and not to any country the Central Government has restricted.

How we protect it

We follow reasonable security practices and procedures, as required by the IT Act and the SPDI Rules. For example, the website is served only over HTTPS, the call-back form goes through our own server rather than straight from your browser to our back end, phone numbers are not written to our logs, and access to call-back requests is limited to the people who need it. No system is completely secure. If a personal data breach happens, we will inform the Data Protection Board of India and the people affected, as the law requires.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:

  • Access: ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, what we do with it, and who we have shared it with.
  • Correction: ask us to correct, complete or update your data.
  • Erasure: ask us to delete your data, unless the law requires us to keep it.
  • Grievance redressal: complain to our Grievance Officer and get a response.
  • Nominate: name another person to use these rights for you if you die or become unable to.
  • Withdraw consent: take back consent you have given, at any time.

To use any of these rights, email help@raaho.in and include the mobile number your request is about. We may need to confirm that the number is yours before we act.

How to withdraw consent

  • Call-back requests: email help@raaho.in, or tell the person who calls you, that you no longer want to be contacted.
  • Analytics: clear this site's data in your browser settings. The banner will ask again on your next visit; choose No thanks.

Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. It does not affect what we did with your data before you withdrew it, and it stops further use that relies on that consent.

Children

This website is for businesses that move goods and for truck owners. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us their details, email help@raaho.in and we will delete them.

Cookies and browser storage

  • Google Analytics cookies: set only after you choose Allow analytics.
  • raaho_consent_v1 (local storage): remembers your analytics choice, so we do not ask on every visit.
  • raaho_city (local storage): remembers the city used to pick a lane near you.
  • Cloudflare: Cloudflare and its Turnstile check may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technology to tell people from bots and keep the site secure.
  • Videos: customer videos load from YouTube's privacy-enhanced service (youtube-nocookie.com) only when you press play. YouTube's own policy then applies.

You can delete cookies and local storage at any time in your browser settings.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when the website or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you as the law requires.

Grievance Officer

If you have a question or complaint about how we handle your personal data, contact:

  • Grievance Officer, Quick Digital Technologies (P) Ltd
  • Email: help@raaho.in
  • Address: Near Park Inn Radisson Hotel, NH-8, Bilaspur Chowk, Gurugram, Haryana 122413

We will respond within the time the law sets. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India after you have first used our grievance process.
