These terms apply when you use this website. The website is run by Quick Digital Technologies (P) Ltd ("Raaho", "we", "us"). By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

These terms cover the website only. Raaho's mobile apps have their own policies, and any truck booking is governed by what you agree with Raaho for that booking.

Using the website

You may use this website to look at truck rates, read about Raaho's services, and ask Raaho to call you back. You must be at least 18, and if you use the website for a business, you confirm that you may act for that business.

Rates shown are indicative

• Rates on this website are worked out from Raaho's recent trips on each lane and truck type. Each rate shows the date it is from.
• A rate is a guide to where your price starts. It is not an offer and not a fixed price.
• Your actual price is confirmed by Raaho on a call. It can depend on your goods, their weight, the loading and delivery points, the date you need the truck, and the market on that day.

A call-back request is not a booking

When you ask for a call back, Raaho will call you about the lane and truck you asked about. Sending the request does not book a truck, does not reserve one for you, and does not lock the rate you saw. A booking exists only when you and Raaho confirm it directly.

When you ask for a call back, give a mobile number that is your own or one you are allowed to share. How we handle it is explained in our Privacy notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape or download rates or other content from the website in bulk, by hand or with automated tools, crawlers or bots, except search engines that follow our robots.txt rules
• ignore our robots.txt rules, get around our bot checks or security, or try to reach parts of the website not meant for the public
• send false or automated call-back requests, or requests with someone else's number without their permission
• overload, disrupt or harm the website, or upload anything harmful
• use the website for anything unlawful

We may block or limit access for anyone who breaks these rules. The website uses automated protections to detect scraping and abuse.

Intellectual property

The Raaho name, logo, and the content, design, rates and data on this website belong to Quick Digital Technologies (P) Ltd or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business use. You may not copy, republish, sell or use them, including the Raaho name or logo, without our written permission.

Third-party links and services

The website links to services run by others, such as WhatsApp, Google Play and other app stores, YouTube and social media sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they work. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

No warranty

We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or that any rate, distance, transit time or other information on it is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the extent Indian law allows, Raaho is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using or not being able to use the website, or from relying on the information on it, including any indirect loss, loss of profit or loss of business. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about these terms or the website.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the website after a change means you accept the new terms.
