You start online: search your lane, see today's rate for each truck type and ask for a call back. Our team then confirms the rate and your details on the call and places the truck. We check every new business before its first trip, so the booking is finished on that call.
How is the rate on the website decided?
Raaho's operations team sets rates for each lane and truck type from current market demand and truck availability. The rate you see is today's rate; your final rate is confirmed on the call before the truck is placed.
Do I need to pay anything to see rates or ask for a call back?
No. Rates are open on every lane page, and a call back request needs only your mobile number.
Which trucks can I book online?
Full truck loads on the truck types listed on this page: container trucks (closed body) and open body trucks. The lane page shows which ones have a rate on your route today.
Do you take part loads or small parcels?
No. Raaho books full truck loads only: one truck carries your goods alone, from your loading point to your delivery point.
Can I track the truck after booking?
Yes. Every trip has a live tracking link, so you can follow the truck without calling the driver.
What if my lane has no rate on the website?
